Many members elect to train on their own with one of our professional trainers. This option offers the most flexibility in scheduling, and offers the most personalized service available. Our approach includes all the coaching and guidance needed to achieve any health or fitness goal.

Group Training Class
Another popular offering is Group Training Classes. WTS limits the size of each class to 8 individuals to maximize the attention each member gets from our trainers. Get the same effective, proven training in a fast paced group atmosphere.
We currently offer classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am , 6:30am, and 7PM (7pm class meets Saturday at 10 instead of friday) Please contact us for specific information on our current group class availability.
Our popular kids class option is a great way to introduce strength training to young athletes and other individuals. This program is focused entirely on learning new movements in a safe and controlled environment. We also focus on learning sprint mechanics and other movements that help with speed and agility.
