Well, it’s now been about six months since I have changed my eating habits and been going to the gym regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the results I have saw. I am down 14 pounds and have lost several inches off my waist and built my legs with more muscle. Not only that but I am a lot stronger, healthier, and more physically fit.
